A delicious and ohh soo creamy seasonal curry made with fresh methi leaves and winter green peas. It’s a family favorite during this time of the year ! Made it last night for our dinner along with masala parathas and it turned out to be finger licking good. Sharing the recipe again below for all those who asked from the stories ❤️

Recipe-
Take 2 cups of fresh preferably hand picked Methi leaves, wash, chop and blanch it. Soak about 15 cashews in hot water. In a wok, add little oil and 2 thinly sliced onions. Cook them till they are soft. In a grinder, add soaked cashews, onions, 3-4 black pepper, 3-4 green cardamom, 1-2 cloves and a small cinnamon stick. Grind everything together and make a fine paste. In the same wok, take little ghee now, add 3 tsp of chopped garlic,1 tsp of green chilli and blanched methi leaves. Cook it for 5 min and add the onion cashew paste. Now add salt, 2 tsp garam masala and little kasuri Methi and a 1 tsp of dry mint powder. Also, add 1 cup of fresh cream, I used , little milk if needed to adjust the consistency. Let it simmer for 15 min. In the end add 1 cup of boiled peas and paneer cubes. Mix everything together and cook for 5-10 min. Garnish it with kasuri methi and fresh corriander leaves. Serve it with the bread of your choice.
